My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable with great views of an iconic plaza. The location was perfect for shopping, sightseeing and theatre trips as everything was within walking distance. the hotel offered complimentary coffee, tea and water which was a nice touch.
The check-in process which took longer than expected due to limited staff. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating once we were attended to.

We were thrilled when we arrived at the Hotel. The location was perfect for walking around NYC! We shopped and took in the sights. We even strolled around Central Park. We walked over to the August Wilson Theatre and saw the Broadway Show "Jersey Boys". Everythings was soooo convient. It was great to return to the Hotel and crash in a clean well supplied room. We would definitely book and stay at The Jewel again!

The hotel was situated in an unbeatable location, making it very easy to explore the city. the room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and very helpful with any queries or requests.
The main downside of the hotel was that it was quite noisy due to the location. the breakfast options were fairly limited and quite expensive for what was offered.

Location, location, location!!!! The seventh floor computer, restaurant and free water!!!!!!
A little small, but adequate. Lobby tended to become congested. We stayed on two different weekends. The second weekend there was no hair dryer in our room. We notified the manager...also, several electrical outlets in the second weekend room were not operable.

Location,location,location
Elevators are really slow.Room was small for 3 . Only a shower curtain. Kitchenette means a microwave and a small fridge !!

Good location just near Rockfeller Center, Radio City and MoMA, about 15 minutes by walk to Times Square, 10 minutes to Central park. Adequate price.

Location was excellent for being able to walk or take subway to all major NYC attractions, theaters and restaurants. Fitness center was great.
